This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is entered into by and between ZENIA, incorporated under the laws of Romania (Processor or ZENIA), and the legal entity or individual identified in the ZENIA account registration or applicable order form (Customer or Controller). This DPA is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service agreed between the parties. In the event of a conflict between this DPA and the Terms of Service concerning the processing of personal data, this DPA shall prevail.
