Key points at a glance

Cancel any time from Account → Billing. Access continues until the end of your paid period.
Monthly plans: no refunds for the current billing month.
Annual plans: no refunds after the 14-day EU consumer withdrawal window has passed.
Upgrades take effect immediately and you gain access to higher limits right away.
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Features and data are preserved until then.
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of first purchase only.

ZENIA Assistant is a subscription-based SaaS product. Plans are billed either monthly or annually. When you subscribe, service access is activated immediately after successful payment.
