ZENIA engages the following third-party service providers (sub-processors) to operate and deliver the ZENIA Assistant Platform. Each sub-processor has been assessed for data protection compliance and is bound by data processing agreements equivalent to those described in our Data Processing Addendum.
We are committed to transparency about the third-party vendors we use. This page lists all sub-processors that may process personal data on our behalf when you use the platform.
Change notification
This list is reviewed and updated whenever sub-processors are added, changed, or removed. Customers with active Data Processing Addenda are notified of any material changes at least 14 days in advance. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
