View your current plan, usage bars, and available features. If plan changes are available for your account, the page shows the relevant upgrade, downgrade, or change options.

On the Plans tab, a Monthly / Annual toggle may be shown when both billing intervals are available for the selected plan. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly billing where that discount is included in the current public plan catalogue.
If billing interval changes are available for your account, go to Account > Plans and use the interval change option shown there. Depending on the active billing setup, the change may be scheduled for the next renewal date or, where supported, applied through an immediate payment flow.

Usage
Usage History
The Usage tab shows workspace-wide monthly message usage. Where supported, the chart includes recent monthly usage, the current plan limit, and a summary table with messages used, percentage of plan limit, and last message date. Open dashboard pages can update automatically when supported usage events arrive, but some changes may appear only after the next refresh.

Orders
When paid checkout and order history are available for your account, your payment history is listed at Account > Orders. Each entry may show the order reference, plan, billing interval, amount paid, status, and date. Click an order to see the available breakdown, including the linked invoice if one has been issued.
The order reference is the main identifier for billing support queries. Keep it handy when contacting contact@buildbot.ro about a specific transaction.

Invoices
Invoices
When invoices are available for your account, they are listed at Account > Invoices. Each invoice may show the plan, net amount, VAT, and total, depending on the active billing setup.
Invoices use the billing profile details saved to your account at the time of purchase. Make sure your billing profile is complete and accurate before paying, because invoice details may not be changeable after issuance.
If you cannot find an invoice that should be available, email contact@buildbot.ro with your order reference.

Your billing profile may be used for invoices, order records, and billing notices. It can include your name, company name, address, and VAT number if applicable. Update it at Account > Billing Profile.
A complete billing profile may be required before paid checkout. If required details are missing when you try to pay, you will be prompted to complete them first. Keep your billing profile up to date before each payment.
