Paid plans may offer monthly or annual billing depending on the current public plan catalogue.

Where billing interval changes are available for your account, the available options are shown on the Account > Plans tab or during the active checkout flow. The pricing UI shows the billing options currently available for each public plan.

Annual billing saves 20% compared to paying month-by-month where this discount is included in the current public plan catalogue.

Each public plan can enable a different set of features. The descriptions below explain what each feature does, while the live availability text reflects the current plan catalogue.

Hides the "Powered by ZENIA" footer link from the chat widget where the current plan includes branding removal.

Available on: Basic, Pro, Scale.

Allows additional widget theme customization and lets you choose the default appearance per domain where this option is available.

Available on all current plans.

Lets the AI assistant respond in the visitor's language when multilingual support is enabled for the plan and supported by the available knowledge sources.

Available on all current plans.

Provides server-to-server access to supported ZENIA API endpoints where API Access is included in the plan. Use it to read workspace or domain information, check usage, and send chat messages from trusted backend systems.

Gives your workspace higher-priority handling for support requests where this option is included in the current plan.

Plans with Auto Crawl can use the automatic crawl strategy, where ZENIA discovers internal pages for you within the plan limit. Plans without Auto Crawl rely on manual selection through Active Links where that strategy is available.

Reviews crawled pages for crawl quality, AI understanding, and retrieval evidence signals. Site Health helps you understand whether the current crawl is suitable for grounded assistant answers. It is not a search-engine ranking guarantee.

Lets you replace or remove ZENIA branding across supported product surfaces where white label options are included in the current plan.

Upload documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, XML) as additional knowledge sources for your domain's AI assistant. Uploaded files are processed so ZENIA can use their text alongside crawled website content and custom text.

When file uploads are available on a plan, the live limits below show the current per-domain file count and workspace storage quota. Each uploaded file can be up to 50 MB.

Each plan limits how many pages ZENIA can process in a single crawl job. When the crawl reaches the plan limit, ZENIA stops collecting additional pages and uses the pages processed so far as knowledge sources for the domain.

Basic - 10 pages
Pro - 50 pages
Scale - 500 pages

The limit applies to supported crawl strategies, including Automatic and Active Links where available. If you select more active links than your plan allows for a crawl, only pages within the plan limit are processed. The current page limit is shown in the crawl confirmation dialog before you start.

Re-crawling an existing domain does not count as adding a new website. Only adding a new domain uses a website slot.
