The ZENIA chat widget is designed to be lightweight, fast, and customizable.

AI

AI-powered answers

The assistant is designed to answer using your indexed website content and any custom text you add as knowledge. This helps keep replies grounded in information from your own domain instead of relying only on general AI knowledge.
Appearance

Theme switcher

Users can switch between the available themes from the dropdown in the chat header. The selected theme can persist in the browser. You can set the default theme per domain in Settings.
Welcome

Welcome message

The first thing visitors see is a greeting bubble. By default, it uses a simple assistant greeting based on the current domain. You can replace it with your own text in Settings > Welcome Message.
Contact

Contact button

When you set a Contact URL in domain settings, ZENIA can show or suggest a contact button inside chat responses when that is relevant to the conversation. Clicking it takes the user to your contact page.
Mobile

Mobile responsive

The chat widget adapts to smaller screens so visitors can use it from mobile devices as well as desktop browsers.
Typing

Typing indicator

While a response is being prepared, a typing indicator appears in the chat window to show the visitor that their question is being processed.
Branding

Powered by ZENIA

The widget footer may show a small "Powered by ZENIA" link. This branding can be removed where the current plan includes that option.
