The Knowledge tab shows the sources and information ZENIA can use for your domain, including content found during crawling and custom text you add manually.
Automatic mode
Auto-extracted content
After crawling, ZENIA can extract structured information from your website, such as Brand details, Services, FAQs, Prices, Contact information, and media references where available. Review this section to check whether the crawl captured useful and accurate information.
Custom mode
Custom Text
Add approved information that ZENIA should be able to use when answering, such as company policies, current offers, FAQs, corrections to extracted content, or clarifications that are not clearly available on the website. Keep custom text concise, factual, and safe to show through assistant responses. The maximum length is 20,000 characters. Changes are saved when you leave the Custom Text field.
