Troubleshooting
Login doesn't work / session lost after sign-in
If you can submit the form but end up back at the login screen, your browser may not be keeping the session. Check that cookies are allowed for buildbot.ro, disable browser extensions that may block cookies, and try again in a private window or another browser. If the issue continues, contact support at contact@buildbot.ro.
Connection
Disconnected / Offline indicator
If the app bar shows "Offline", the live dashboard connection was lost. The app normally tries to reconnect automatically. If the status does not recover, refresh the page and check your network connection.
Processing
Crawl seems stuck
Large sites can take longer to crawl. Check the Crawl Log tab for recent activity and wait for the latest status update. You can safely leave the page and return later; reopening the domain detail page should show the latest crawl state.
Limits
"Plan limit reached" error
You have reached a website, message, file, storage, or feature limit for the current plan. Go to Account > Plan & Usage to review your current limits and available options. You can also delete unused domains or files where applicable to free up space.
Domain
Chat says "No domain" or doesn't respond
Make sure the domain shows Indexed status. If it shows Error, check the Crawl Log for details and try re-crawling. For embedded widgets, the public script detects the website hostname automatically, so make sure the site where the script is installed has been added and indexed in ZENIA.
Content
Custom text too long
The custom text field is limited to 20,000 characters. The counter turns red when you approach the limit. Keep text concise, factual, and safe to use in assistant responses. Changes are saved when you leave the Custom Text field.
Widget
Widget not appearing on my site
Verify that the embed snippet is placed before
</body> and that the script URL is loaded by the page. Check the browser console for errors and make sure the current website hostname has been added and indexed in ZENIA. If you use a cache plugin or CDN, clear the cache after adding the snippet.Theme
Theme looks wrong / text invisible
Try switching to another theme and then back again from the domain settings. If a specific theme has contrast or readability issues on your website, report it to contact@buildbot.ro with the domain, theme name, and a screenshot if available.
Layout
Widget blocks page content
Change the widget position to move it to another corner, such as
top-left instead of bottom-right. You can adjust this from Settings > Position. If you use the public embed script directly, you can also use the optional data-position attribute with a supported value.Payment
Payment declined or failed
When live checkout is available, a failed payment may be caused by declined card details, insufficient funds, authentication failure, an expired card, or an issue with the payment provider. Follow the instructions shown in the checkout or payment result page. If you are unsure whether a payment was completed, check the payment provider confirmation or contact support with your account email and order reference if available.
Payment
Payment was cancelled
If you cancel the payment flow before completion, no paid subscription starts from that attempt. If live checkout is available and you want to try again, return to the Pricing page or use the available options from Account > Plans. Invoice
Invoice not showing yet
Where invoices are available for your account, they may appear after payment confirmation and billing processing are complete. Refresh Account > Invoices and check again later. If an expected invoice is still missing, email contact@buildbot.ro with your account email and order reference if available.
Plan change
Error: "A pending plan change already exists"
Only one scheduled plan change may be allowed at a time. If you see this error, another change may already be scheduled for your workspace. Go to Account > Plans, review the pending change, and cancel it before scheduling a new one where this option is available.
Renewal
Renewal pending
If your account shows a pending renewal, follow the instructions shown in the account billing area or in the payment provider flow. Renewal behavior depends on the active checkout and subscription setup. If you are unsure what action is required, contact contact@buildbot.ro with your account email and order reference if available.
File uploads
File uploads not available
File uploads are available only on plans that include the File Uploads feature. If the feature is not available on your current plan, the upload area may show an upgrade prompt instead of the file drop zone. Review available options from Account > Plans.
If file uploads should be available but you still see this message, check whether you reached the per-domain file count, the 50 MB per-upload limit, or the workspace storage quota. New uploads are blocked until you delete existing files or move to a plan with higher limits where available.
